OUR APPROACH
Stage 1: Initial Consultation
Every project begins with an Initial Consultation — an opportunity for us to get to know you, understand how you live and what you want your home to feel like.
Ideally held in your home, this first meeting allows us to experience the space firsthand, explore its unique character and discuss your vision, aesthetic and practical needs. We’ll also talk through your priorities and budget, ensuring the design direction is both considered and achievable.
This initial conversation sets the foundation for a thoughtful, highly personalised design — one that feels distinctly yours and works beautifully for the way you live.
Stage 2: Schematic and Concept
This is where your vision begins to take shape. It generally starts with a site measure and research of the property.
We develop the overall design direction for your home with 3d visualisations, exploring how the spaces can work together to create a cohesive and considered interior. Through carefully curated concepts, spatial planning, mood, materials and finishes, we begin to define the look, feel and functionality of each space.
At this stage, you’ll start to see the ideas come together in a tangible form, providing a glimpse into what the final look and feel will be.
Stage 3: Design Development
With the concept approved, we refine the design and translate it into detailed 2D drawings.
This stage focuses on finalising layouts, joinery, finishes, fixtures, fittings and appliances, ensuring every element is considered, cohesive and practical.
The completed design provides a clear and detailed foundation for the documentation and construction stages.
Stage 4: Documentation Package
Pricing & Construction Drawings, involves preparing comprehensive interior documentation and schedules based on the approved design. These detailed drawings and documents will be used for accurate costing and will serve as a guide for construction. This stage ensures that your project is executed precisely as envisioned, with no detail overlooked.
Stage 5: Tender & Project Management
As your project moves into construction, we can continue to support you and your builder to ensure the design is brought to life as intended.
This may include site visits, liaising with trades and addressing design queries or challenges as they arise, helping ensure a smooth and considered outcome from drawings to finished space.
This is usually billed on an hourly basis or block payments.
Our process is collaborative, detail-driven and tailored to each client.
